Help! I never received my lesson.

We’re so sorry you didn’t receive your letter. We work with USPS, and occasionally, our letters containing our lessons can go missing due to various reasons, such as incorrect addresses, blocked mailboxes, or issues with the mail carriers themselves. Please email us to let us know you didn’t receive your lesson and confirm your address. We’ll send your replacement lesson within 48 hours! 

When can I expect to receive my lesson? 

We mail our lessons in bulk every two weeks.

• Orders purchased between the 1st and 15th of each month will be sent on the 16th.

• Orders purchased between the 16th and the end of the month will be mailed on the 1st of the following month. 

What age group are your lessons for?

Our lessons are designed for learners of all ages, with a focus on children aged 5 to 12. While everyone is welcome to participate, some activities might be more suitable for younger participants and may require adult support, especially for those at the lower end of the age range. Our reading materials are optimized for children aged 7 to 12.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Can I buy just one lesson without subscribing?
